Role Objective:
The Zonal Collection Manager is responsible for the overall health of the Education Loan portfolio within South. This role focuses on optimizing recovery outcomes and implementing effective delinquency management strategies while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
Core Responsibilities
- Portfolio Performance: Take ownership of zonal collection targets, focusing on maximizing resolutions and reducing flow to NPA.
- Operational Management: Oversee the execution of recovery workflows, ensuring all available resources are utilized effectively to meet business goals.
- Strategy Execution: Apply data-driven collection techniques tailored to the unique lifecycle of education loans (e.g., moratoriums and campus cycles).
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all collection activities align with regulatory frameworks (RBI) and internal ethical guidelines.
- Risk Monitoring: Identify and report on localized delinquency trends or specific educational sectors showing signs of financial stress.
- Legal Support: Facilitate the escalation of high-risk accounts to the legal desk for necessary recovery actions.
Ideal Profile:
Candidate has prior experience in Overseas Education loan collections. (Mandatory)
Candidate holds Regional/Zonal leadership experience (Mandatory)
