Core Job Responsibilities

u00B7 Driving Sales Management processes through ABMs.

u00B7 Study of Market potential, Market Share to plan Zonal objectives & allocate Targets & budgets accordingly in the Zone.

u00B7 Incentive planning & facilitate and motivate team to earn incentive

u00B7 Emphasizing on Field Activities in terms of Doctor Coverage, Repeat Coverage, Doctor & Chemist Call Average & thereby driving 100 % field compliance in Zone.

u00B7 Development of Weak region.

u00B7 Development of team (RBM, ABM, Reps.)

u00B7 To share unique practices of industry and customized strategic input to Marketing team in Designing Marketing campaigns & strategies.

u00B7 To drive team on engagement of Doctors as per new MCI Guidelines. - To liason with internal stake holders like Training team, Human Resource, Supply Chain, Finance etc for Business Operations.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

u00B7 Develop and support Team for career growth

u00B7 Achieving Zonal budgeted numbers

u00B7 Handling Union issues of the Zone in co-ordination with HR Team.

u00B7 Monitoring of effort parameter and execution of strategies

u00B7 Monitoring Brand wise & Value wise Month on Month Sales progression

u00B7 SFA Implementation & Monitoring.

u00B7 To drive policies and initiatives cascaded from HO to the field on time to time basis.

Position Accountability / Scope

Limited to Region or State/Geography of operation

Minimum Education

• Preferred from BSc/BPharma background
• Graduate/post Graduate from any other background with sound therapy knowledge and performance track record

Minimum Experience/Training Required

• Candidate with prior/current experience of 3 to 8 Years of Second Line manager in same therapy.
• Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage.
• Age should be below 40 years preferably
