1) Job Context & Major Challenges:

This role functions at the intersection of field operations, performance management, and HR coordination, requiring a high degree of responsiveness, stakeholder engagement, and data accuracy. The jobholder plays a pivotal role in mapping contractors to preferred dealers, managing associate productivity, and ensuring smooth hiring and onboarding processes through third-party agencies. The position demands continuous collaboration with ASMs, RSMs, zonal HR, and the SFA team to resolve field-level issues and drive operational excellence.

  • Field Data Reliability:Gathering accurate and timely data from the field to initiate mapping and tagging processes is often hindered by inconsistent reporting and limited visibility.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:Aligning with multiple stakeholders (ASMs, RSMs, PP team, 3P agencies) across regions requires strong communication and follow-up to ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of initiatives.
  • Performance Management:Identifying and addressing non-performing dealers and associates involves sensitive conversations and strategic interventions, which must be handled tactfully.
  • SFA System Dependencies:Resolving field-related SFA issues and initiating mapping changes depend on system responsiveness and coordination with the tech team, which can delay execution.
  • Hiring & Onboarding:Managing weekly hiring meetings and interview scheduling with ASMs while ensuring quality and speed of onboarding through 3P agencies is a continuous balancing act.
  • Scheme & Incentive Communication:Cascading new schemes and incentives effectively to the field team requires clarity and consistency to ensure proper understanding and execution.

Hiring of Associatess according to the business plan specified in the P&B, would be measured quarterly.

Secondary Sales

To drive secondary sales with through the associates

Market Working Feedback

Market Visit with Associates, and to the franchise store. Submission of a detailed market report aligning all the observations and suggestions with respect to efficient operations.

Monthly Field Intelligence discussion

Setting up bi-monthly cadence with the RSMs, and Monthly connect with ZSMs on hiring, secondary sales, growth. The all meeting should have MOMs which would be shared with all.

3) Job Purpose of Direct Reports:

ZAE (Zonal Associate Executive) report to ZAM and are responsible to ensure seamless zone-level operational efficiency and data accuracy by managing and maintaining key MIS activities.
