We will teach you Zoho ecosystem. However, show us your hunger to learn, a logical mind, and the communication skills to enable working with global clients.
The Path to Success: Your First 3 Months
Your journey begins with our Zoho Excellence Program:
- Month 1-3 (Rigorous Training): You will undergo intensive on-the-job training on the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Desk, Creator, and Deluge scripting).
- Continuous Learning: You will learn process re-engineering, agile methodologies (Scrum), and business consulting frameworks.
- Regular Assessments: Your progress will be guided through regular tasks and assessments. Success in these evaluations will lead to your transition into a regular Associate role.
What You'll Do (Post-Training):
- Solve Business Puzzles: Help businesses challenges to be translated to automated Zoho workflows.
- Build & Deploy: Configure Zoho applications and write basic scripts to make software work magically for clients.
- Client Interaction: Shadow senior consultants in meetings.
- Documentation: Create clear process maps and user manuals using tools like Miro.
Requirements
You Are a Perfect Fit If:
- Experience: You are a Fresher or have 01 year of professional experience.
- Communication Rockstar: You have good command over verbal and written English skills (essential for our global client base).
- Growth Mindset: You have a can-do attitude and thrive under the pressure of learning complex new systems quickly.
- Logical Thinker: You enjoy breaking down problems. If you like flowcharts and step-by-step logic, you'll love this.
- Tech-Curious: You might not be a coder, but you aren't afraid of software, APIs, or a little bit of scripting logic.
