Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Zoho Specialist based in Mumbai, with a mix of onsite and work-from-home responsibilities. The Zoho Specialist will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications to support the company's operations. The day-to-day tasks include customizing workflows, managing integrations, generating and analyzing reports, and training team members on effective use of Zoho tools. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring effective data management across the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications.
• Proficiency in creating custom workflows, automations, and integrations on the Zoho platform.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports to provide actionable insights.
• Technical problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail for troubleshooting issues within the Zoho platform.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train team members and collaborate across departments.
• Ability to manage tasks in a hybrid work environment with a collaborative approach.
• Prior experience in customer relationship management or with luxury brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
