Job Title: Zoho Admin and Developer

  • Zoho Platform Expertise
  • Strong understanding of Zoho suite and experience with administering Zoho across multiple businesses
  • Proven experience as a Zoho Developer with a strong understanding of Zoho applications suite like CRM, Desk, Forms, Analytics, Creator and Deluge scripting.
  • Hands-on experience developing and customizing Zoho applications to meet complex business requirements and create seamless workflows.
  • Experience in designing and developing Zoho Creator features such as APIs, custom functions, workflows, and reports is an advantage
  • Integration and Data Management:
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Zoho applications, integrations
  • Knowledge of best practices for security and compliance in Zoho applications, including data protection and user access management.
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
  • Design, test and implement technical solutions to address business challenges, streamline workflows, and optimize operational processes using a combination of off the shelf software, custom applications, and integrations.
  • Other responsibilities:
  • Ability to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance
  • Test and debug Zoho applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
  • Training end-users on different Zoho applications and functionalities.
  • Stay informed about the latest Zoho features, updates, and best practices
  • Vendor management - Manage relationship with Zoho as well as its Implementation partners

Qualifications:

An ideal candidate would have:

  • B.E/B.Tech
  • Zoho Administration Certification or other relevant Zoho certifications.
  • 2-4 years of experience as Zoho Admin and Developer
  • Strong communication & management skills
  • A great attitude and calm demeanor
  • Multitasking in a fast paced environment with customer obsessed and solution oriented approach
