Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to market and sell Zoho's suite of business applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements and recommend tailored Zoho solutions that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients for Zoho products such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and others.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight Zoho's capabilities and value proposition.
- Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate Zoho solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and sales campaigns.
- Stay updated on Zoho product enhancements, features, and industry trends.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 23 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (experience in SaaS or Zoho products is an advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:- Prior experience in selling CRM or ERP solutions.
- Zoho CRM certification or hands-on experience with Zoho products.
- Understanding of business process automation.
