Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in Zoho CRM.
Use Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications to track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.
1 to 3 years of proven experience in Zoho sales or business development.
Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications (Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns,Zoho HRMS etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
Strong analytical and reporting skills using CRM tools.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales.
Familiarity with CRM customization and automation in Zoho.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
