Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in Zoho CRM.

  • Use Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications to track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.



Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Zoho sales or business development.

  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications (Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns,Zoho HRMS etc.).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using CRM tools.

  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales.

  • Familiarity with CRM customization and automation in Zoho.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
