Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across platforms such as Zoho, Odoo, Automation Anywhere, and Corporator.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects within scope and agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, QA, and clients to ensure effective execution.
- Proactively manage risks and resolve project roadblocks with agility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project deliverables.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to drive satisfaction and project success.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Ensure a consistent focus on client outcomes, ROI, and long-term success.
Solutioning & Pre-Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales and presales team to define solution architecture and contribute to proposal creation.
- Demonstrate platform capabilities and advise on best-fit configurations for business needs.
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops with clients to understand pain points and design tailored solutions.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years in Zoho implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Zoho modules such as Zoho CRM, Books, People, Projects, Creator, Inventory, and Analytics.
- Strong understanding of business processes, automation, and workflow design using Zoho tools.
- Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and custom module development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
