Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across platforms such as Zoho, Odoo, Automation Anywhere, and Corporator.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects within scope and agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, QA, and clients to ensure effective execution.
  • Proactively manage risks and resolve project roadblocks with agility.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project deliverables.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to drive satisfaction and project success.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Ensure a consistent focus on client outcomes, ROI, and long-term success.

Solutioning & Pre-Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales and presales team to define solution architecture and contribute to proposal creation.
  • Demonstrate platform capabilities and advise on best-fit configurations for business needs.
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops with clients to understand pain points and design tailored solutions.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years in Zoho implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Zoho modules such as Zoho CRM, Books, People, Projects, Creator, Inventory, and Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, automation, and workflow design using Zoho tools.
  • Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and custom module development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
