Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Zoho Product Lead & Solutions Architect to own and optimize our Zoho One ecosystem. This role requires a strategic and hands-on expert who can design scalable, automation-driven workflows across Sales, Recruiting, and Placement functions within a US IT Staffing environment.
You will play a key role in eliminating manual processes, improving data accuracy, and driving operational efficiency through advanced Zoho configurations, integrations, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end workflows across Sales Recruiting Placement lifecycle using Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit (Staffing Edition)
- Build cross-application automations using Zoho Flow and Deluge scripting
- Configure triggers to auto-create Job Openings from Closed-Won Deals with standardized data mapping
- Develop and manage Client and Candidate Portals with customized layouts and access control
- Implement Blueprints, validation rules, and approval processes to ensure process governance
- Create custom Deluge functions for advanced automation and SLA-driven task assignments
- Maintain data integrity including deduplication, field mapping, and RBAC
- Build advanced dashboards in Zoho Analytics to track staffing KPIs (submissions, placements, margins, recruiter productivity)
- Manage integrations with Ceipal ATS, VMS platforms, LinkedIn, VoIP/SMS tools
- Continuously audit and optimize workflows to improve recruiter efficiency and system performance
- Act as Tier 1 & 2 support for internal users, resolving system and workflow issues
Required Skills & Experience
- 58 years of experience in Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit administration within Zoho One
- Strong expertise in Zoho Flow, Blueprints, validation rules, and workflow automation
- Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting
- Experience configuring Client & Candidate Portals with permission-based access
- Advanced knowledge of Zoho Analytics with SQL-based reporting
- Strong understanding of CRM data architecture and data governance
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work with US stakeholders
Mandatory Certifications
- Zoho CRM Certified Administrator
- Zoho Analytics Certified Expert
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Ceipal ATS integrations or migration
- Zoho Recruit Staffing Certification
- Zoho Creator Developer experience
- Knowledge of IT Staffing lifecycle, VMS workflows, and margin calculations
- Experience with integrations like LinkedIn Talent Solutions, RingCentral, Aircall, SMS tools
- Familiarity with Apollo for lead generation
