Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Accountant with 3-4 years of professional experience and hands-on knowledge of
Zoho People. The candidate will manage core accounting functions along with payroll and employee data management using Zoho People to ensure seamless financial and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Process and reconcile payroll, attendance, and leave records using Zoho People.
- Coordinate with HR and management for employee data accuracy and payroll compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to payroll and taxation.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-4 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Zoho People for payroll and employee management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll compliance.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Preferred
- Experience with Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory (optional).
- Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Professional certification (CA Inter, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
