Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zoho Implementer located in Mundka. The Zoho Implementer will configure, customize, and deploy Zoho applications tailored to business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving system issues, collaborating with different teams to optimize Zoho usage, and providing training and support to end-users. The role also entails documenting workflows and maintaining Zoho systems for efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing and customizing Zoho applications, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, or Zoho Analytics
• Technical skills in system configuration, workflow automation, and integration with other platforms
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Zoho systems
• Ability to conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience or familiarity with packaging industry workflows is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field
