Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi as a Sales Engineer. The role involves assisting in technical sales, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and maintaining relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, providing tailored solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The Junior Sales Engineer will also assist with preparing technical presentations and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and understanding technical specificationss
• Hands-on experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting issues effectively
• Strong Communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to build strong client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, , or a related discipline

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site support
