Job Title: Zoho Implementation Specialist HR Suite (People, Recruit, Payroll)
Location: Bangalore OR Chennai
Experience: 23 Years (Freshers need not apply)
About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer with a strong functional understanding of Human Resources to lead implementations for our clients. You will be responsible for end-to-end customization, automation, and delivery of Zoho HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Delivery: customize and deploy Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll based on specific client requirements.
- Automation: Utilize Deluge scripting, custom forms, workflows, blueprints, and approvals to automate complex HR processes.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders (HR Heads, CXOs) to diagnose business problems and design future-ready solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure data integrity and controls are in place, specifically regarding statutory payroll contexts.
- Adoption: Handle UAT support, documentation, and post-go-live handholding to ensure client teams are comfortable using the system.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience, specifically working with a Zoho Authorized Partner.
- Module Expertise: Deep knowledge of Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll is mandatory. (Knowledge of CRM, Desk, or Marketing is an added advantage).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Deluge, API integrations, and Creator apps.
- Functional Knowledge: Strong grasp of HR processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, Attendance, Performance Management, Payroll Compliance).
- Education: Open to various backgrounds (BE / MBA / MSc / CA / CA Semi-Qualified / BSc), provided the technical and functional skills are met.
- Certifications: Zoho Certified Professionals will be preferred.

- Communication: Ability to articulate technical solutions in simple, non-technical language to clients.
- Mindset: A high sense of ownership and accountability; ability to listen beyond the brief.
