Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Operations

• Monitor Siemens eMeter EnergyIP Java applications for stability and performance
• Provide operational support for MDMS (Meter Data Management System) platforms
• Ensure smooth functioning of utility data processing systems

Defect Analysis & Debugging

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve application defects in EnergyIP components
• Perform debugging of Java-based issues in MDMS applications
• Apply fixes and ensure proper validation before deployment

Configuration & Release Management

• Work on MDMS configuration activities and build/release planning
• Support deployment cycles and release management processes
• Prepare and maintain configuration and package development documentation

Development & Maintenance

• Support minor enhancements and defect fixes in EnergyIP applications
• Ensure alignment of application behavior with business requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams for system improvements

Documentation & Reporting

• Create and maintain technical configuration documents
• Document defect analysis, resolution steps, and release notes
• Maintain operational logs and support documentation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with functional teams, support teams, and business stakeholders
• Coordinate with infrastructure and development teams for issue resolution
• Participate in shift-based support and critical incident handling
