We're building a strong, reliable technology foundation to support growth and efficiency across the business with a focus on automated systems that help teams move faster, reduce manual work, and keep data clean across platforms.We're looking for a Zoho-experienced specialist who excels in systems design and automation, with a track record of building reliable workflows that support smooth operations.

About the Role

You'll own the configuration, automation, and integration of our Zoho ecosystem especially Zoho CRM, Zoho Forms, Zoho Flow, and Deluge-based automations. This is a deep execution role for someone who can build forms, configure automations, and connect tools through APIs/webhooks without needing a lot of oversight.

You'll work closely with the team to gather requirements, implement solutions quickly, and keep the CRM and connected systems running cleanly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Configure and optimize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, views, roles, and permissions
• Build Zoho Forms and connect them seamlessly to CRM workflows
• Create and maintain email automations using Deluge scripts
• Develop and manage workflows, blueprints, and validation rules inside Zoho CRM
• Build and monitor integrations using Zoho Flow, APIs, and webhooks
• Troubleshoot system issues, automation failures, and data sync problems
• Improve and document system processes to support scale and team adoption
• Proactively recommend automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM configuration and administration
• Strong Deluge scripting experience, especially for email and workflow automation
• Proven ability to build and deploy Zoho Forms and sync with CRM
• Solid working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow
• Experience with Zoho Creator is a major plus and will strengthen your candidacy
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail in system logic and data structure
• Clear communicator who can translate requirements into working automations
• Self-directed and able to deliver independently in a fast-moving environment
• Someone ideally able to work between 4:00 PM 2:00 AM IST
