Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Zoho Developer / Zoho Solution Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end Zoho business solutions. The candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable applications across the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and other major Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Zoho Creator.
• Configure and customize Zoho CRM workflows, automation, integrations, and reporting.
• Implement end-to-end Zoho solutions integrating Finance, Operations, Sales, and Service applications.
• Develop Deluge scripts, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Gather business requirements, prepare solution architecture, and deliver scalable system designs.
• Provide technical leadership, solution consulting, and mentoring to junior developers.
• Ensure timely project delivery, performance optimization, and ongoing system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7+ years of experience working with Zoho applications.
• Strong expertise in Zoho Creator (advanced workflows, integrations, Deluge scripting).
• Hands-on experience in Zoho CRM customization and automation.
• Experience integrating Zoho applications with external systems using APIs.
• Strong understanding of business processes, especially manufacturing / ERP workflows (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and client-handling skills.
