Job Title: Zoho Developer
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Zoho Developer who can design, develop, customize, and implement Zoho-based business solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with multiple Zoho applications and be capable of handling end-to-end solution delivery independently.
The candidate must be Zoho Certified and should have strong expertise in Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Commerce, and Zoho One. Experience in independent consulting, client communication, requirement gathering, and business process mapping will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and implement solutions using the Zoho ecosystem
- Work extensively on Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Commerce, and Zoho One
- Understand client business workflows and convert requirements into Zoho-based solutions
- Build custom functions, automation, workflows, blueprints, and integrations using Deluge
- Configure modules, reports, dashboards, forms, and approval processes
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools, APIs, payment gateways, and external platforms
- Customize Zoho applications based on client-specific business needs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support and optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation
- Handle implementation projects independently from discovery to deployment
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Commerce
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho One
- Good knowledge of Deluge scripting
- Experience with Zoho APIs and third-party integrations
- Strong understanding of workflows, automation, and process optimization
- Ability to gather requirements and provide consulting-based solutions
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and client-handling skills
Mandatory Requirements:
- Zoho Certified Developer / Zoho Certified Professional
- Experience working on real-time implementation and customization projects
- Experience in independent consulting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of business operations such as sales, finance, eCommerce, and CRM processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other Zoho apps such as Creator, Desk, Analytics, Inventory, Campaigns, and Projects
- Knowledge of custom API integrations
- Experience in documenting BRD / FRD / solution workflows
- Exposure to multi-client consulting environments
