About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Zoho Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions across our Zoho ecosystem. This role goes beyond administration you will build applications, automation, and integrations using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting that power Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, and Support functions. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready Zoho solutions, while ensuring system reliability, security, and seamless end-user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho Creator & Application Development
- Design, build, and deploy custom applications on Zoho Creator from requirement gathering through to go-live.
- Develop and maintain custom modules, forms, workflows, and business logic tailored to business processes.
- Build new applications and extend existing ones using Deluge scripting and custom functions.
Automation & Integration
- Develop and optimize Deluge scripts, workflows, blueprints, assignment rules, and SLAs to automate business processes.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems (ERP, HRMS, payment gateways, SMS, cloud telephony) via REST APIs.
- Build and maintain integrations across the Zoho One suite — CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, People, Campaigns, SalesIQ, Analytics.
System Administration & Security
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions across Zoho applications to ensure appropriate access control.
- Monitor user activity and conduct access audits to maintain compliance with organizational security policies.
- Stay current on Zoho platform updates and security best practices, recommending improvements proactively.
Data Management & Reporting
- Conduct data audits, cleansing, and de-duplication to ensure accuracy and integrity across Zoho applications.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Generate periodic reports on system usage, access, and compliance for management review.
Stakeholder Support & Documentation
- Act as the go-to Zoho expert for department heads and teams, gathering requirements and translating them into scalable solutions.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support on Zoho CRM, Creator, and the wider Zoho One suite.
- Maintain technical documentation and a knowledge base for faster resolution of recurring issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience developing on Zoho Creator, with strong command of Deluge scripting and custom functions.
- Experience managing and integrating across Zoho CRM, People, Payroll, Desk, Books, Recruit, Flow, and related Zoho One applications.
- Demonstrated experience with REST API integrations connecting Zoho to third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of access control, audit trails, and data security within cloud-based applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations end-to-end.
- Zoho One implementation or migration experience strongly preferred.
