Role Overview :
We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions across the Zoho ecosystem for our diverse client base. This role demands hands-on expertise with Zoho Deluge scripting, application customization, and third-party integrations. You'll work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable Zoho implementations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and customize applications across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Analytics.
- Write complex Deluge scripts for workflow automation, custom functions, scheduled tasks, and inter-module data flows.
- Build and maintain integrations between Zoho apps and third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers, WhatsApp, marketing tools) using Zoho Flow, APIs, and webhooks.
- Implement Zoho Desk configurations including ticket workflows, SLA policies, assignment rules, email templates, and knowledge base setup.
- Configure Zoho Inventory and Books for purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and custom automatiomations
- Create dashboards and analytical reports in Zoho Analytics based on client KPIs.
- Translate client requirements into user stories, solution designs, and technical documentation.
- Perform data migration, deduplication, and cleanup during onboarding of new clients.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for deployed Zoho solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem applications (CRM, Creator, Inventory, Books, Desk, Analytics).
- Strong proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting, including API calls, map/list operations, error handling, and scheduled functions.
- Experience building custom modules, layouts, fields, workflows, and blueprints in Zoho CRM.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth-based integrations.
- Familiarity with Zoho Flow for cross-application automation.
- Ability to read and write technical documentation, user stories, and test cases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical debugging approach.
- Excellent communication skills — you'll interact with clients directly.
