Role Purpose

The Zoho Developer L3 will be responsible for designing, developing, and architecting complex and scalable solutions across the Zoho ecosystem. The role involves translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, automating processes, and integrating Zoho applications with third-party and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Zoho Suite Development & Customization: Design, develop, and customize solutions across Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Forms, Commerce, Notebook, Flow, Projects, Survey, Campaigns, RoutIQ, and other Zoho tools based on business requirements.
• Deluge Scripting & Automation: Develop, optimize, and maintain complex Deluge scripts, custom functions, workflows, and business process automations.
• System Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with third-party applications and internal systems using REST APIs, webhooks, APIs, and other web services.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, analyze process flows, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Solution Architecture: Design scalable and maintainable Zoho solutions spanning multiple applications and business processes.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, process documentation, and user guides.
• Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for end users when required.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the Zoho ecosystem.
• Strong expertise across the Zoho Suite, with experience working across multiple Zoho applications.
• Excellent hands-on expertise in Deluge scripting is mandatory.
• Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Good understanding of business process automation and solution architecture.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
  
  

Preferred Certifications

• Zoho CRM Certified Developer or other relevant Zoho certifications are preferred.
