About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer with CRM Implementation experience to design, develop, customize, and implement Zoho-based business solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions that improve customer engagement, business processes, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM solutions based on business requirements.
Configure and implement Zoho CRM modules, workflows, layouts, and automation processes.
Develop custom functions and integrations using Deluge scripting.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs.
Implement workflow automation, approvals, notifications, and business rules.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users.
Perform data migration, cleansing, and data synchronization activities.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide ongoing support.
Maintain technical documentation and follow CRM best practices.
