Role Description

We are hiring afull-time, on-site Zoho Developerbased inChandigarhto lead the structuring, automation, and optimisation of ourZoho One ecosystem, with a strong and immediate focus onZoho Projects.

This role is central to building adesign-led, system-driven architecture practice. The ideal candidate will deeply configure and streamline Zoho Projects for architecture, construction, and interior design workflows, including project stages, milestones, drawing cycles, approvals, dependencies, and accountability frameworks.

Beyond Zoho Projects, the role involvesintegrating and simplifying other Zoho One applicationssuch as Zoho CRM, People, Books, Flow, WorkDrive, and Creator to create a seamless, intuitive, and highly efficient office system. You will be expected toshorten processes, eliminate redundancies, automate repetitive tasks, and make systems user-friendly for creative and non-technical teams.

This is a hands-on role that combinestechnology, automation, and domain understandingof the design and construction industry. You will also support internal teams through training, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvement, while ensuring data security, compliance, and performance optimisation.

This position offerssignificant creative exposure, working at the intersection ofluxury design operations and enterprise-grade automation, with the opportunity to shape how a high-end architecture practice functions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Extensively set up, customise, and automateZoho Projectsfor architecture, interior design, and construction workflows
• Design structured project lifecycles including stages, milestones, task dependencies, approvals, and reporting
• Streamline and integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, Zoho WorkDrive, and Zoho Creator underZoho One
• Automate office systems to reduce manual work and improve speed, clarity, and accountability
• Simplify existing systems and make them intuitive for designers, architects, and management teams
• Handle integrations, API connections, and data migrations where required
• Provide internal user support, training, and documentation
• Ensure system performance, data security, and compliance across platforms

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience withZoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho One applications
• Working knowledge ofarchitecture, construction, or interior design workflowsis highly preferred
• Proficiency inDeluge, JavaScript, and Zoho APIs
• Experience in system automation, workflow optimisation, and process design
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on simplification and usability
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple systems, and take ownership of outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in Zoho implementation for AEC or design-led organisations is a strong advantage
