We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to design, develop, and optimize customized business solutions using the Zoho Suite. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Deluge scripting, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and implement solutions across the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Inventory, etc.).
- Build custom functions, workflows, blueprints, automation rules, and integrations using Deluge scripting.
- Design and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator, including forms, workflows, and reports.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms using APIs and webhooks.
- Manage CRM modules, layouts, data migrations, and custom components as per business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications and integrations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing implementations for performance, usability, and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Zoho development, documentation, and data security.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of hands-on experience working with the Zoho Suite of products.
- Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting.
- Experience with Zoho CRM customization, workflows, automations, and blueprints.
- Knowledge of Zoho Creator app development.
- Experience integrating Zoho apps using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools.
- Solid understanding of business processes such as sales, support, inventory, or finance.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve technical and functional issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
