Job Description

  • Implement, customize, and maintain ZOHO applications.
  • Customize ZOHO CRM modules, layouts, workflows, and automation.
  • Manage CRM integrations with third-party applications and APIs.
  • Develop advanced customizations using Deluge scripting.
  • Configure financial workflows in ZOHO Books (invoicing, taxation, reporting).
  • Automate recurring transactions, reconciliations, and payment gateway integrations.
  • Customize ZOHO People Plus (attendance, leave, performance modules, approvals).
  • Generate HR and compliance reports.
  • Set up ZOHO Projects templates, tasks, milestones, and time tracking.
  • Automate project workflows and integrate with CRM, People, and Books.
  • Provide support for resource allocation and project reporting.
  • Work with additional ZOHO products (ZOHO Desk, Recruit, Creator, Analytics, Flow, Inventory, Sign) for cross-application automation.
  • Analyze client requirements and map them to ZOHO products.
  • Develop custom functions, dashboards, and reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system security, and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business teams for continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 25 years of proven experience in Zoho implementation and support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People Plus, and Zoho Projects.
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Flow, API integrations, and third-party connectors (Zapier, Integromat/Make).
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Sales, Finance, HR, and Project Management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Zoho Certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
