Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and process-driven Zoho CRM Admin & Automation Manager to join QHT Clinic in Haridwar. This role will own the administration, optimization, and automation of the Zoho CRM ecosystem, ensuring seamless lead flow, process efficiency, and scalable automation across marketing, sales, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Zoho CRM administration, workflow automation, integrations, and process design, with the ability to manage end-to-end CRM architecture and improve business efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Zoho CRM admin panel, modules, layouts, fields, permissions, and user management
  • Build and manage workflows, blueprints, assignment rules, lead scoring, validation rules, and automation journeys
  • Configure and maintain Zoho automation ecosystem including Zoho Flow, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Desk, and related tools
  • Handle API integrations with third-party platforms (ads, telephony, WhatsApp, lead sources, websites, dialers, etc.)
  • Set up and optimize lead capture, routing, nurturing journeys, and conversion workflows
  • Manage UTM tracking, campaign attribution, tagging structure, and funnel tracking
  • Build automations for WhatsApp communication, notifications, follow-up sequences, and internal alerts
  • Develop dashboards, reports, MIS, and performance tracking for business insights
  • Identify CRM/process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable automation-led improvements
  • Work closely with marketing, tech, and operations teams to improve lead efficiency and conversion outcomes

Work Experience Required

  • 4+ years of overall experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years hands-on experience in Zoho CRM administration and automation
  • Experience managing high-volume lead funnels preferred
