Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zoho Consultant/Developer at Yogi Arts Design School, located in South Delhi. The primary responsibilities include developing and customizing Zoho applications, creating seamless integrations with other software tools, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal performance of the Zoho ecosystem. Additional duties include training users on Zoho applications, maintaining system documentation, and working collaboratively with the team to improve internal workflows and processes for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics
• Experience in scripting with Deluge, custom workflow automation, and designing reports
• Ability to integrate Zoho with other third-party APIs and platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in debugging technical issues
• Attention to detail with skills in data migration and quality control
• Excellent communication skills to train team members and document processes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience working in an educational or creative institution is an advantage
