Role Overview:
We are seeking an Investment Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our wealth advisory services, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the advisory team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize daily operational workflows, including client onboarding, transaction processing, and reporting
- Coordinate with financial advisors and clients to ensure timely service delivery
- Handle backend support for mutual fund and bonds transactions, insurance documentation, and portfolio updates
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, financial blueprints, and documents
- Ensure compliance with SEBI and internal operational standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations within financial services industry
- Proficiency in MS Excel to maintain all client records is an absolute must
- Experience with backend of transaction platforms / tools (Zoho CRM, transaction processing of various investments, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with an ability to work independently
