Zoho Business Analyst (Mumbai)

This is a full-time on-site position for a Zoho Business Analyst based in Mumbai. The Zoho Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding business processes, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and implementing solutions within the Zoho suite of products. The role involves collaborating with internal and client teams, ensuring effective communication, and delivering solutions that improve business operations and efficiencies.

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating business operations and identifying areas of improvement
• Proven expertise in business analysis, including the ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Familiarity with business processes and workflows, with the ability to design tailored solutions
• Experience with the Zoho suite of products is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Prior experience in CRM or ERP system implementation is an advantage
