Job Role (100% execution)
- Build and maintain automated journeys in Zoho Marketing Automation (welcome, abandonment, win-back, upsell, etc.)
- Create and send 510 email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns every week using Zoho Campaigns
- Design landing pages and lead forms in Zoho LandingPage + Zoho Forms
- Run A/B tests, heat-maps, and personalization campaigns in Zoho PageSense
- Set up and manage Zobot (chatbot) + live-chat routing in Zoho SalesIQ
- Build weekly & monthly dashboards in Zoho Analytics (blending data from Campaigns, PageSense, CRM, etc.)
- Maintain clean workflows, tags, custom fields, lead scoring inside Zoho One
Requirements
Must-Have
- 1.53 years of daily hands-on work inside Zoho One
- Excellent written English + attention to detail
