Brief about Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Zoho Analytics Developer with 23 years of hands-on experience in data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming business data into meaningful insights and supporting decision-making through effective reporting solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and MIS reports using Zoho Analytics
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources such as ERP, WMS, and other business systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting efficiency across all dashboards
• Automate reports and set up scheduled data refreshes and report delivery
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability

Skillset and Qualifications Required:

• 23 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Analytics
• Strong expertise in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Proficiency in SQL and good understanding of data modeling concepts
• Experience in integrating data from multiple sources (ERP/WMS preferred)
• Knowledge of automation and scheduled reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
