ZICC Senior Manager - Commercial Operations

POSITION SUMMARY
The Zoetis Tech and Digital ZICC Senior Manager - Commercial Operations will lead the ZTD Commercial ICC organizational growth and establish an inclusive and integrated culture. This role will act as the key point of contact in ICC for hiring, financial management, Program management, Delivery excellence across Commercial Delivery, Operations & Global Dx resources, estimated at 40+ individuals, and is also responsible for overseeing hiring, performance, resource capacity planning, and mentoring of resources. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, working in a matrix and organization, with strong domain knowledge preferred. Experience and expertise working in an Agile and/or DevOps framework with teams at varying levels of maturity also preferred.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
People Manager:
* People Manager for all hiring, performance & offshore resource capacity and mentoring activities for all direct reports across Global DX.
* Close collaboration and partnership with respective direct supervisors, on hiring, financial management, program management & key activities of resources and opportunities to improve overall teams performance and efficiency.
Culture & Brand Development:
* Lead the development of the Commercial ICC culture, championing the integration of our Zoetis culture.
* Encourage a culture of accountability, transparency, and mutual respect among team members.
* Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
* Champion the adoption of AI, agile & devops across the teams.
* Establish effective communication channels to facilitate seamless integration with global teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Organize team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions to nurture team cohesion and professional development.
* Assist in building Zoetis employer brand in the Indian ecosystem for Commercial capabilities.
ZTD Leader
* Member on the ZICC Commercial Leadership Team
* Member of the ZTD US /Global Dx Commercial Delivery Team
* Member of the ZTD Commercial Delivery Lead Team

Organizational Relationships:
Work closely within Commercial Teams (US, International & Delivery), Global Dx, and across ZTD functions located Globally both in US and International markets.
Job Location: Hyderabad

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science
* 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
Experience:
* Demonstrated experience leading transformation and cultural initiatives with results.
* Demonstrated experience in working in cross-geographic teams.
* Practical experiences with commercial platforms (marketing technologies, ecommerce, content management), analytics & data, and customer experience disciplines in a global setting
* Strong communication and broad influence skills; ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
* A track record of successful people management, project management, business planning, and product execution

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in large scale transformation programs
* Experience in talent management, org design, and departmental governance
* Collaborate with cross teams, infrastructure, and security teams for the best and timely delivery.
* Strong written and verbal communications.
* Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources and use them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Preferable to work till 12 PM EST. Available during emergencies and deployments (potentially off hours) to ensure issues and/or tasks are satisfactorily resolved.
