Greenhorn Creative is a remote YouTube video-editing agency specialising in talking head educational content. We work with experts, professionals, and thought leaders to turn their knowledge into high-performing YouTube channels, and our editors are the engine behind it all.

Responsibilities

• Edit talking head educational content across YouTube long-form videos, Shorts, Reels, TikToks, and Podcasts
• Work across Adobe Premiere Pro and other industry tools to edit and refine footage to a high standard
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines
• Stay current on the latest trends and techniques in video editing
• Apply animation skills to enhance content where appropriate a bonus, not a must

Requirements

• Mid to senior level experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of YouTube work
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable video editing software
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A genuine passion for video editing and a drive to keep learning
• Self-sufficient, with the ability to take full ownership of projects from brief to delivery
