YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Football / Sports Channel)

Job Role: YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Football / Sports Channel).

Work Mode: Part-Time, Remote, Output-Based and Deadline-Driven.

We are hiring a Thumbnail Designer for a football analysis YouTube channel focused on soccer, featuring tactical breakdowns and stats-driven content.

We are looking for someone who understands high-CTR YouTube packaging, mobile-first clarity, emotional intensity, and strong visual hierarchy.

What You'll Do:

Design 1 thumbnail per week initially, scaling to 2 per week as the channel grows. Content falls into two categories: evergreen topics and breaking football news. The workflow will follow a structured process: brief 23 quick concepts final version revisions if needed. Deliverables include clean, well-organized layered source files.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience creating YouTube thumbnails (sports preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (preferred) or advanced Photopea
• Ability to deliver clean, well-structured layered source files
• Strong understanding of: Curiosity triggers, Visual hierarchy, Emotion and contrast, and Mobile readability.
• Fast turnaround and clear communication
• Ability to quickly research players, managers, and narratives
• English proficiency required (Hindi is a plus)
