Job Overview:

The YouTube Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth strategies for coaching, education, and B2B YouTube channels. This role involves conducting channel audits, optimizing video metadata, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing proven tactics to increase subscriber growth, engagement, and monetization. The YouTube Strategist will work closely with content creators and teams to translate strategy into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive YouTube growth strategies tailored to each client's niche, audience, and business objectives
• Write engaging, high-retention scripts for a wide range of YouTube content formats (educational, listicle, explainer, etc.)
• Optimize video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) for SEO and CTR
• Conduct in-depth channel audits to identify optimization opportunities and competitive gaps
• Optimize video metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum discoverability and click-through rates
• Perform keyword research and SEO analysis using YouTube and search trend data to identify high-opportunity content topics
• Analyze YouTube Analytics to track key performance indicators (subscribers, views, watch time, retention rate, CTR) and provide actionable insights
• Create content strategy roadmaps with specific recommendations for video topics, upload schedules, and form
