We are looking for a highly motivated YouTube SEO & Channel Manager who can drive channel growth, enhance discoverability, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO & Optimization: Implement YouTube SEO strategies, including keyword research, video metadata optimization (titles, tags, descriptions), and A/B testing thumbnails.
- Channel Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase views, watch time, and subscriber count organically.
- Content Planning & Scheduling: Work closely with Teachers to strategize and schedule video uploads for peak performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze YouTube Analytics, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve content performance.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, respond to audience interactions, and enhance community engagement.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience : 3-4 years
- Proven experience in YouTube SEO and channel management.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
- Familiarity with YouTube Studio, VidIQ, TubeBuddy, or similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of audience behavior and engagement tactics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
