Role Overview:

We are seeking passionate, subject-expert, and camera-confident Master Teachers for Mathematics and Physics to create high-quality YouTube lessons for JEE Telugu. The role covers Grade 10 Foundation (early JEE concepts) and Grade 13 (Repeater/Dropper JEE Mains & Advanced preparation). This opportunity is ideal for educators who want to simplify complex concepts and impact thousands of students across Telugu-speaking regions.

Responsibilities:

• Create concept-driven, engaging YouTube lessons for Maths and Physics aligned with JEE Foundation and JEE Main/Advanced syllabus.
• Simplify complex concepts using diagrams, analogies, examples, and interactive methods.
• Deliver exam-focused strategies, shortcuts, and PYQ-driven problem solving.
• Engage with students through YouTube comments and help build a strong learning community.
• Stay updated with JEE trends and incorporate innovative teaching approaches.
• Collaborate with content and production teams to improve overall video quality and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Physics or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in JEE coaching (Foundation or JEE level).
• Strong proficiency in Telugu and English.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident on-camera presence.
• Comfortable with digital tools, slides, and basic recording/annotation setups.
• Passionate about teaching and capable of making concepts clear and engaging.
