This is a full-time on-site role for a Youtube Manager located in Gurugram. The Youtube Manager will be responsible for developing channel strategies, defining and executing content plans, overseeing video production, optimizing content for search and engagement, managing analytics, and regularly monitoring the performance of the channel. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with multiple teams to create engaging and impactful educational content, supervising schedules, and ensuring brand consistency on the platform.

• Experience with YouTube channel management, video optimization, audience engagement, and SEO for video platforms
• Strong skills in content strategy, video production planning, editing, and publishing
• Proficiency in YouTube analytics, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking
• Familiarity with marketing strategies, branding techniques, and trend analysis
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and project management abilities
• Knowledge of or experience in the education sector would be a plus
• Passion for educational content and creating impactful learning resources
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred
