We're looking for a creative yet data-driven YouTube Manager with 23 years of hands-on experience managing and growing YouTube channels.
You will own the complete YouTube ecosystem from content planning, titles, thumbnails and SEO to analytics, retention and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning
- Plan content buckets: astrology, remedies, stories, spiritual content, product explainers
SEO, Titles & Thumbnails
- Write high-CTR titles & SEO-optimized descriptions
- Plan thumbnail concepts + coordinate with designers
- Do keyword research (Hindi + English)
- Optimize old videos, playlists, tags, end screens and cards
Channel Management
- Manage uploads, scheduling and channel organization
- Maintain consistent branding across all videos
- Plan and execute Shorts strategy
- Oversee multiple channels if required
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with editors on long videos and Shorts
- Work with scriptwriters for clean, engaging scripts
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and product launches
- Analytics & Growth
- Monitor CTR, retention, watch-time and subscriber trends
- Identify growth opportunities from data
- Run A/B tests on thumbnails & titles
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Community Engagement
- Track comments, FAQs, audience feedback
- Plan community posts, polls and live sessions
- Suggest content ideas based on audience needs
Cross-team Collabs:
- Work with designers, editors, and strategists
- Assist in influencer collaborations & campaigns
- Ensure festival-based and astrology-based posts go live on time
Requirements:
- 23 years of real YouTube channel management experience
- Strong grip on YouTube algorithm, analytics and retention
- Ability to write powerful hooks, titles and descriptions
- Familiar with VidIQ, TubeBuddy, Canva or equivalent tools
- Comfortable writing in Hindi + English
