Our YouTube channels are a powerful medium to connect with students, and we are looking for a skilled YouTube SEO Expert to maximize our reach and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

YouTube SEO & Optimization

Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists for maximum visibility.

Research trending keywords and apply them to increase discoverability.

Develop SEO strategies to rank higher on YouTube search and suggested videos.

YouTube Analytics Mastery

Track and analyze YouTube analytics (CTR, watch time, retention, impressions).

Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for growth.

Identify audience behavior patterns and optimize content accordingly.

Content Planning & Strategy

Collaborate with the content and creative teams to plan engaging educational videos.

Create data-driven content calendars aligned with student needs and trends.

Suggest new video formats, series, and strategies for better engagement.

Growth & Engagement

Drive subscriber growth, views, and watch time through organic methods.

Implement A/B testing for thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.

Stay updated with the latest YouTube algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a YouTube SEO Specialist/YouTube Manager, preferably in EdTech.

Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and growth strategies.

Hands-on experience with keyword tools, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Creative mindset with a passion for digital content and education.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with educational/EdTech content.

Knowledge of competitor benchmarking and audience segmentation.

Ability to manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously.
