Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Manage and optimize YouTube channels, including video content, tags, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
Develop and execute strategies to increase subscribers, views, and revenue.
Set up and manage YouTube ad campaigns across various formats (e.g., Skippable in-stream, Bumper ads, Masthead ads).
Track and analyze channel performance using analytics tools.
Work with content creators to develop engaging video content.
Provide regular updates and growth strategies to clients.
Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing YouTube channels.
Strong understanding of YouTube platform, ads, and analytics.
Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools (Facebook/Instagram marketing is a plus).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to track and manage data, with expertise in Excel and reporting tools.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
