Job Purpose
We are looking for a creative and results-driven YouTube Manager in managing and growing YouTube channels. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, content strategy, audience engagement, analytics, and channel optimization. The candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and scaling YouTube content while increasing views, subscribers, watch time, and overall channel performance.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Channel Operations & Content Planning
- Manage and oversee daily operations of YouTube channels.
- Create content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, and content creators/educators.
YouTube SEO & Optimization
- Optimize videos for YouTube SEO including:
- Titles Descriptions
- Tags
- Keywords
- Thumbnails
- Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies.
Analytics, Growth & Engagement
- Monitor channel analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Improve audience retention and engagement metrics.
- Handle community engagement including comments and audience interaction
- Implement strategies to increase:
- Subscribers
- Watch hours
- CTR (Click Through Rate)
- Viewer retention
Research, Compliance & Trends
- Research trending topics and competitor strategies.
- Manage YouTube monetization and copyright compliance.
- Stay updated with latest YouTube algorithm changes and trends.
Specific Knowledge & Vacancy

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of YouTube Studio and Analytics.
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO and algorithm.
