Key Responsibilities
YouTube Channel Growth Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow the YouTube channel's reach, engagement, and subscriber base.
- Leverage deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and trending formats to optimize content visibility.
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement in performance.
Digital Media & Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to websites and OTT platforms.
- Use SEO, SEM, and other tools to maximize brand visibility across digital channels (Google, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI, and suggest improvements based on insights.
YouTuber Relations & Influencer Tie-Ups:
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant YouTubers and influencers.
- Negotiate collaborations and cross-promotions to enhance OTT platform visibility.
- Strategically leverage influencer marketing to tap into targeted communities.
OTT Platform Exposure:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of OTT ecosystems to enhance platform discoverability and subscriber growth.
- Explore partnership opportunities with other OTT platforms or content aggregators.
- Stay up to date with industry shifts and best practices for OTT content distribution and promotion.
Content Development Collaboration:
- Work closely with content development teams to guide content direction aligned with audience interest and platform best practices.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and quality across YouTube, OTT, and digital marketing touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, YouTube channel management, influencer partnerships, and OTT platform strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of YouTube and Google algorithms, SEO/SEM strategies, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.).
- Strategic & Creative Thinking: Ability to blend data-driven insights with creative content strategies to fuel channel and platform growth.
- Relationship Management: Experience working with content creators, influencers, and marketing partners.
- Personality Fit: Tech-savvy, digital media enthusiast with a passion for content creation, trends, and storytelling.
