Overview

The YouTube Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our brand's YouTube presence. This individual will drive strategy, enhance audience engagement, and create compelling content that aligns with our vision and objectives. The primary goal is to increase brand visibility, audience growth, and video performance on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging video content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Analyze video performance metrics and audience insights to drive continuous improvement and content optimization.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and adaptation.
  • Engage with viewers through comments and community interaction to foster a strong online community.
  • Manage YouTube channel and associated playlists, ensuring content is organized and easily accessible.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to enhance video reach and engagement.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm and best practices for content optimization.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools for thumbnails and video overlays (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics) to evaluate channel performance.
  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword research strategies applicable to video content.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
