Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a YouTube Associate, based in Noida. The YouTube Associate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the company's YouTube channel, which includes producing, editing, and optimizing video content. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the marketing team to align video content with marketing strategies, analyzing channel performance, and implementing strategies to enhance channel visibility and engagement. The role also involves ensuring the timely publishing of high-quality videos.

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Experience Required: 6 months 1 year

Salary: 20,000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Requirement: Immediate joiners preferred

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production and expertise in Video Editing
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience with YouTube, including channel management, optimization, and content strategy
• Understanding of digital Marketing fundamentals and best practices
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and apply insights for continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with graphic design or animation software is a plus
