Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site YouTube Associate role located in Noida. The YouTube Associate will manage and optimize the company's YouTube channel by creating, editing, and publishing video content. The role includes overseeing video production, brainstorming and implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring engaging communication with the audience. Collaborating with the team, the YouTube Associate will analyze performance metrics and work to continuously enhance audience engagement and channel growth.

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Experience Required: 6 months 1 year

Salary: 20,000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Requirement: Immediate joiners preferred

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing
• Strong knowledge of YouTube management and optimization strategies
• Effective Communication and Marketing skills
• Ability to engage audiences and analyze channel performance metrics
• Basic understanding of social media trends and video content strategies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or similar is a plus
• Previous experience in managing YouTube channels or digital content creation is preferred
