This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a YouTube Associate. The YouTube Associate will manage and optimize YouTube channels for client brands, including developing and executing video content strategies, ensuring regular video uploads, monitoring channel analytics, and implementing growth strategies. The role also involves conceptualizing, producing, and editing video content that aligns with brand messaging while engaging with audiences to boost channel engagement and performance.

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing
• Proficiency in YouTube channel management and platform optimization
• Strong Communication and team collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of Marketing principles and strategies related to digital video content
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with colleagues effectively
• Prior experience managing YouTube channels is highly favorable
