Key Responsibilities:
- YouTube Ads Campaign Management:
- Assist in the creation, optimization, and management of YouTube Ads campaigns (TrueView, Discovery, Bumper ads, etc.).
- Help track and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and insights that can improve targeting and ad effectiveness.
- Audience Targeting:
- Support the development of audience targeting strategies for YouTube Ads based on demographic, geographic, and behavioral data.
- Assist in segmenting and refining audience lists to ensure high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Creative Optimization:
- Collaborate with the creative team to optimize video ads for different campaign goals (awareness, consideration, conversions).
- Help test and refine ad creatives and strategies to improve performance (A/B testing).
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on campaign KPIs such as view-through rate (VTR), cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Assist in compiling performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Ad Spend Management:
- Assist with budgeting for YouTube ad campaigns and help optimize ad spend for better performance and ROI.
- Competitor Research:
- Conduct research on competitor YouTube ad campaigns to stay informed on industry trends and successful tactics.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to YouTube Ads or video advertising campaigns.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of YouTube Ads platform (TrueView, Discovery Ads, etc.) and video ad formats.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and YouTube Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data.
- Creative thinking with a focus on optimizing ad creatives for better performance.
- Good communication skills for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
