Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Yoga Therapist based in Noida. The Yoga Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments of clients specific needs, designing personalized yoga therapy plans, and leading individual or group therapy sessions. They will also educate clients on mindfulness and relaxation techniques, monitor progress, and offer modifications as needed. Collaboration with other wellness professionals to ensure comprehensive care is also part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Yoga Therapy techniques, including a thorough understanding of asanas, pranayama, and meditation practices
• Ability to assess clients physical and emotional needs to create tailored wellness plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide, motivate, and support clients
• Knowledge of health and wellness principles and experience in therapeutic or clinical settings
• Certification in Yoga Therapy or Yoga Science; additional certifications in complementary therapies are a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and adapt to client needs
• Prior experience in teaching yoga or providing therapeutic services
• Compassionate approach and commitment to fostering holistic well-being
• 2 years plus experience with in person client interaction and training.
