Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Yoga Head to lead YogBirth's yoga program and ensure excellence across our trainer network. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of prenatal and fertility-focused yoga, demonstrate leadership in managing yoga teams, and have a passion for holistic well-being. This role involves conducting online sessions, auditing and mentoring trainers, and ensuring smooth coordination and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead and oversee YogBirth's yoga division, ensuring the highest quality of instruction and program delivery.
- Conduct regular online yoga sessions focusing on fertility, prenatal, and postnatal wellness.
- Train, guide, and mentor the team of yoga instructors to maintain consistency and effectiveness across sessions.
- Audit and monitor trainer performance, providing constructive feedback and support for professional growth.
- Collaborate with operations, wellness, and content teams to align yoga programs with YogBirth's holistic wellness philosophy.
- Design and update yoga curriculums to meet evolving client needs and integrate new wellness practices.
- Ensure compliance with YogBirth's standards of safety, empathy, and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Participate in community initiatives, workshops, and content creation to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications -
- 78 years of professional experience as a Yoga Head, Lead Trainer, or Senior Instructor.
- Certified Yoga Trainer (RYT 500 or equivalent) with specialization in prenatal and fertility yoga preferred.
- Strong understanding of holistic wellness, mindfulness, and breathwork practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities for online operations.
